The2Design is a small architectural studio, founded in 2006 by two enthusiastic architects, Magda and Pawel. We offer professional services, which include residential and commercial markets.

Innovative architecture and original design form the business core of The2Design. Our portfolio includes projects for clients that represent healthcare, food and construction industries. We have experience working with small and medium companies.

MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYS

Our on-site instrumentation and software enables us to offer a wide range of accurate measured survey data, including floor plans, elevations and sections.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

We can undertake Contract Administrator role to interface between you and the builder, to oversee quality and cost.

PROJECT FEASIBILITY

Project feasibility study is used to determine the viability of an idea, such as ensuring a project is legally and technically feasible as well as economically justifiable.
